About the Artist

The Maine Art Gallery is a non-profit art association located in the Historic District of Wiscasset Village. Open from May thru November, all exhibits are open to all members and change monthly. Unframed artwork is displayed in the very popular ''Bins''. Membership is restricted to artists living or working in Maine. The gallery is supported by its members and patrons. One man shows may be booked for the upstairs gallery. Educational lectures and workshops are presented throughout the season. This is a large (200 member) group who are very actively involved with the gallery.
